Tamra Duncan
Director
In childhood, Tamra spent hours in the garden with her parents and grandparents. Her family legacy has been connected to nature and finding purpose in it. There, she found interest and a friend in nature. Every season was a new adventure and every plant was a learning experience in life lessons in nature. Moving through adulthood, nothing quite connected her to purpose and she began to venture out to opportunities that left her unfulfilled. So, she left the customer relations and medical field. Connecting back to nature as a hobby then made her realize the dream of wanting more than a regular work schedule that continuously left her depleted and uninspired. Reconnecting to the treasured memories of her childhood and she unlearned the common misconception that we are supposed to follow a path to the society perpetual rat race. She came to the realization that she have a sacred duty to grow food, teach others an alternative lifestyle and raise animals for my legacy and her community. Tamra is a mother, entrepreneur, farmer, and CEO of Harmony Houz where she is cultivating community care.
